In Stuttgart, Germany, Wilhelm Blättchen founds the ENERGIE Gesellschaft für elektrische und industrielle Unternehmungen mbH.
1993
First cooperation in Austria between ENERGIE GmbH and ALPINE´s energy division Apine-Elektro in a 380 kV overhead power line project for the Austrian power company Verbundgesellschaft.
1996
Formation of ALPINE-ENERGIE Gesellschaft für elektrische und industrielle Unternehmungen mbH. in Linz, Austria.
1998
Incorporation of ENERGIE Gesellschaft für Leitungsbau und Kommunikationstechnik AG in Bern, Switzerland.
2002
The ALPINE group takes over the shares of the Blättchen family. ALPINE-ENERGIE group becomes a 100% subsidiary of the ALPINE group.
2006
The FCC construction group buys a majority stake of the ALPINE group. ALPINE-ENERGIE Holding AG buys SAG Kommunikationstechnik in Austria and Switzerland.
2008
Formation of ALPINE Green Energia in Poland to develop the Polish market.
2009
Formation of ALPINE-ENERGIE Polska Sp.z.o.o. in Poland and ALPINE-ENERGIE Cesko Spol.s.r.o. in the Czech Republic.
2009
ALPINE-ENERGIE Schweiz AG buys the PRO-PART AG and the PRO-PART Energie GmbH.
